The Canberra distance is defined as
\[d(u, v) = \sum_{i} \frac{| u_i - v_i |}{|u_i| + |v_i|}\]- Parameters:

v (array_like) – Input array of size (N,)
- Returns:
The Canberra distance between vectors u and v.
